We still have stock and are presently shipping as normal, but our offices in London are Closed until further notice due to government restrictions.

However, our phone lines are manned, but due to a move in office locations, we have had to put some contingencies in place that limit how many calls can be taken at once. If you cannot get through right away, please be patient, or email us.

Please also note that due to demand and to allow us to ensure all orders are shipped in due course, we are only processing online orders between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm weekdays. Cutoff for payments is therefore 6:30 pm.

Unfortunately, online ordering is not available from 6:30pm to 7:00 am or at the weekend. We are working to resolve the current situation.

In addition to our previous notice, it has become clear that we are going to have limited access to our vault. As such, we would like to assure customers that we are still trading but where your order falls at a time where we cannot physically send your products immediately, we will store and post them free of charge.

Due to the latest instructions from the government, it is with regret, we can no longer accept visitors to the office for the next few weeks.

We will be operating as normal on the phone and for online orders. At this point we have no expected disruption to our shipping procedures.

We will let all our customers know when, and if, the situation changes.

In the meantime, we continue with our free postage policy for regular orders. These are “Special Delivery before 1pm”, but since the Post Office have stated that “before 1pm may be later but certainly that day”, we have added an option for “Special Delivery before 9am”, which is still unaffected by delays.
