- any research, surveys or competitions you enter or respond to or any marketing offers for which you register; and

(i) Where it is necessary for the performance of a contract or compliance; (ii) for our legitimate interests, such as to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud and/or enhance our products or services; or (iii) where we have obtained your consent, such as for marketing purposes. We will analyse your Personal Information to assist in managing your account and to prevent fraud or any other unlawful activity.

We use organisational, administrative, technical and physical security measures to safeguard your Personal Information and to help ensure that your information is processed promptly, accurately and completely.
We will keep your Personal Information only as long as we need to deliver the products and services that you requested, unless we are required to keep it for longer periods because of law, regulation, litigation or regulatory investigation purposes. For example, your Personal Information will be stored by Gold Investments Ltd for 7 years after you close your account, due to Inland Revenue requirements.
When your Personal Information is no longer necessary for legal or regulatory needs, to administer your account or to deliver the products and services you have requested, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy such information or permanently de-identify it.

The Company will not collect any personally identifiable information about any user of the Site through their use of it unless they provide that information voluntarily through contacting the Company at [email protected]. The Company will use any information provided to correspond with the relevant user about the matter in connection with which they provide it and will retain it and that correspondence for its records.
The Company will not disclose that information to any third party unless legally required to do so or where necessary to address the subject matter of that correspondence, and may transfer that information to outside the European Economic Area, including to countries which have a lesser standard of data protection than those within it.
